First, check the file’s format. The ASIN Tool system only accepts .csv files, which are different than Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice Calc file formats.

Second, the file’s data fields may be incorrectly formatted, possibly containing invalid characters or symbols, in which the system cannot properly analyze the data. For step-by-step instructions on how to format the .csv file, please watch the video located in Step 1.
